A respected not-for-profit aged care facility in Northern Tasmania is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join their resident-focused team. This is an excellent role for an experienced Registered Nurse looking for stability, career growth, and a meaningful role that truly makes a difference.
This is a permanent position, working 72 hours per fortnight, offering supportive leadership, work–life balance, and the chance to contribute to a warm and professional care environment. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team, ensure high-quality resident care, and support best practice standards throughout the facility. You will contribute to assessments, care planning, mentoring of staff, and promoting a person-centred approach in all aspects of care delivery.

Position: Clinical Nurse (Aged Care)
Employment Type: Permanent, 72 hours per fortnight
Location: Northern Tasmania
Pay Rate: Up to $57 per hour (depending on experience)

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 3 years’ RN experience in aged care, or previous Clinical Nurse experience
Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and decision-making skills
